Copyrights
I am now offering the originals of commissioned paintings for those in the USA. I retain the copyrights for all paintings and designs, both of the originals and those that are sent digitally to my clients - unless otherwise stated. If you would like to purchase the copyrights for a specific piece of work, please feel free to reach out to me!
If you plan to reproduce ANY artwork that you commission, you are required by law to own the copyrights unless you have written permission from the artist.
As the artist, even if you purchase the copyrights, I still withhold the right to include all paintings/designs in my portfolio, on my website, or on social media. I also will sometimes use the footage of the art in tutorials or courses. If you would not like your art to be displayed/used in this manner, please let me know, and I will send you a contract that includes this request.
If you need a Non-Disclosure-Agreement or you would not like your painting revealed at all to the public, I will give you a signed agreement that I will accommodate this. You can get a copyright agreement for any painting that I do for you for an extra fee.

Privacy & Safety
I understand the importance of your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. I may request the emails of my clients in order to send full quality images, and I make every effort to safekeep all information that you share with me. I only collect the information that is necessary to process your order and provide you with the best service possible.
I never share your information with any third-party companies, except for those that are necessary to process your payment and ship your order.
